Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Shot7x iPhone application and this website. Please read them before using Shot7x.
Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, accessing or using Shot7x, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
You confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s consent, that person must review and accept these Terms for you.
Apple and the App Store
These Terms are between you and Shot7x, not Apple. Shot7x, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, except for any remedies required by applicable law or Apple’s own terms.
The Apple Standard EULA and applicable App Store Usage Rules also apply unless a valid custom EULA is presented. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable EULA and may enforce it.

Shot7x is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, including permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchase use, subject to the App Store Usage Rules.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Shot7x and its licensors. The license ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms.
Device permissions
Camera access powers the viewfinder and photo or video capture. Microphone access is used only to record video with sound. Photos access is used to save captured media and, when you choose, display recent Shot7x media.
You can withdraw permissions in iOS Settings at any time. Features that depend on a denied permission may become unavailable or may not save correctly.
Acceptable use
Use Shot7x lawfully and respect other people’s privacy, safety, consent, publicity and intellectual-property rights. Do not use the app for harassment, stalking, covert surveillance, illegal recording, harmful content or any activity that violates applicable law.
Do not attack, overload or bypass the app or website, introduce malicious code, gain unauthorized access, defeat security controls, or reverse engineer, decompile or derive source code except where applicable law or open-source license terms expressly allow it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you create. Shot7x does not claim ownership of your captured media.
You are responsible for the content you capture or share and for obtaining any necessary consent or permission. Do not create or distribute material that infringes privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights.
Camera features and results
Available lenses, resolutions, frame rates, stabilization, flash, focus and other camera functions vary by iPhone model, active lens, iOS version, light, movement, temperature, battery, permissions and storage. A feature shown on one device may not exist or behave identically on another.
The live preview and saved image may differ because iOS and Shot7x complete capture and image processing at the shutter. We do not guarantee a particular artistic result, and Shot7x must not be relied on for evidence, security monitoring, diagnosis or other safety-critical use.
Saving and backups
Shot7x attempts to save completed photos and videos to Apple Photos when permission and device storage are available. You should confirm that important media was saved and maintain your own backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shot7x is not responsible for media loss caused by denied permissions, insufficient storage, device or operating-system failure, interrupted capture, or third-party photo and sync services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains device permissions, local settings, support communications and limited website request data. Shot7x does not require an account or operate a cloud photo-upload service.
Apple Photos, iCloud and any service you enable separately are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We may release fixes, change or remove features, adjust device requirements, or stop offering the app or website. An update to Shot7x or iOS may be required for continued use.
We do not promise that Shot7x will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every future device, operating-system version or third-party service.
Intellectual property and feedback
The Shot7x name, software, interface, artwork, documentation and website content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
If you voluntarily send ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them to evaluate and improve Shot7x without an obligation to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any rights you already hold.
Third-party services
The App Store, iOS, Apple Photos, iCloud, email and website infrastructure are operated by third parties and may have separate terms. Shot7x does not control their availability, security or decisions.
You must comply with applicable third-party agreements and export or sanctions laws when using the app.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shot7x is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shot7x is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of media, data, profits or use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Termination, changes and contact
You may stop using Shot7x and delete the app at any time. We may suspend access or terminate the license for a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms and will show the current date at the top of this page. Mandatory consumer protections and courts available under applicable law remain unaffected. Questions or legal notices can be sent to [email protected].
